Karnese Wall, age 89, of Nocona, TX passed away April 28, 2004 in Dallas, TX.

Mrs. Wall was born May 22, 1914 in Davis, OK to Virgil Lee Rowe and Meddie May Mabry. She married Abner T. Wall on September 3, 1933 in Walters, OK. She was a homemaker and owner/operator of a furniture store. She was a secretary at the Bethel Baptist Church for many years. She was a member of the Nocona Chapter #62 O.E.S. and of the Nocona Hospital Auxiliary. She was a Past Worthy Matron of the Nocona Chapter #62 O.E.S.

Funeral services for Mrs. Wall were held Saturday, May 1, 2004 at 11:00 a.m. at the Bethel Baptist Church with Rev. Scott Moore officiating. Interment was at the Nocona Cemetery with graveside rites by Nocona Chapter #62 O.E.S. under the direction of Jerry Woods Funeral Home. 

Surviving relatives include: one son, Donald Wall, Paris, TX; five grandchildren; ten great grandchildren; and six great great grandchildren; and two brothers, C.P. Rowe, TX and Cecil Rowe, Granbury, TX. She was preceded in death by her husband, Abner T. Wall on January 24, 1986; one daughter, Delva Crenshaw on March 24, 1958; and one son, Daon Wall on December 17, 2001.

Pallbearers included: Stacy Lyon, Ken White, Billy Spencer, Richard Cobb, Brian Wall, Donald Prayer and Jeff Clark.
