Carolyn Crenshaw, 79, went to be with the Lord on February 23, 2024 in Nocona, TX. She was born on December 20, 1944 in Fort Worth, TX to Lee Crenshaw and Evelyn Hathcock Crenshaw. 

Carolyn graduated from Nocona High School. She worked in banking in both Bowie and Nocona. She was a Baptist and firm believer in the Lord and loved being with her family. 

She was preceded in death by her parents, step-father, James Wade McGaughey, and siblings, Jackie Boy Crenshaw and Marge Gilmore, nephew Lee Henry Campbell, and niece, Lee Ann Skrapka. 

She is survived by Jimmy Kennedy, Karla Hill & husband Guy, Kennedy, Hayden, Kameron, Doris Rose Crenshaw, Linton D. Campbell and several cousins. 

There will be a visitation on Sunday, February 25, 2024 from 1 P.M. until service time at Jerry Woods Funeral Home Chapel. A funeral service will follow the visitation at 2 P.M. in the chapel officiated by Dave Woodbury. Interment will follow in Nocona Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made to a local charity of choice.
