Nettie Ann McCoy, 79, passed away Wednesday, January 21, 2009 in Cedar Hill.

She was born May 3, 1929 in Nocona, TX to John Leslie and Nannie Vallie Orell Buck. She married Frank S. McCoy and was an administrative assistant and bookkeeper for the school systems as well as a homemaker.

Funeral services were at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, January 24, 2009 at Hampton Road Baptist Church in DeSoto, TX, with Dr. Gerald E. Marsh and Dr. Jerry R. Raines officiating. Interment followed at Nocona Cemetery.

She is survived by her husband, Frank, of Cedar Hill, TX; son, Dr. Joel S. McCoy of Crowley, TX; daughter, Lezlie Rozier of DeSoto; five grandchildren; sister-in-law, Alice McCoy of Dallas; and a number of loving nieces and additional family members.
