He is survived by his son, Terry York of Flower Mound, TX; daughter, Cynthia Ann York of Collinsville; 3 grandchildren; 1 great-grand child; sister, Jamie Shelton of North Richland Hills, TX; 2 brothers, Howard York and Kenneth York, both of Fort Worth, TX
