Mr. Caldwell died Thursday, June 28, 1951, at Childress, Texas. He had been a resident of Nocona for several years, moving to Nocona from Gainesville. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. John S. Caldwell. Pallbearers were G. A. Newby, Bill Yeargin, Ray Griffin, Obie Vowell, S. W. Driver, and Jack Goodspeed. Interment was in the Nocona Cemetery under the direction of Daughtery Funeral Home.
