Service was at 11 a.m. Jan. 4 in the Jerry Woods Funeral Home Chapel of Nocona. Burial followed in Nocona Cemetery.

He was born on Nov 6, 1933 in Wichita Falls to James and Myra Daugherty. He graduated from Nocona High School and Baylor University in Waco. After college he joined the U.S. Air Force. He was a U.S. Air Force veteran and a Christian. He worked as a computer programmer before retiring.

He is survived by one sister, Dottie Williamson, Glenwood, AR and several nieces and nephews.
