NOCONA - Preston Keith Towery, 84, died April 8, 2014 in Wichita Falls, TX.

Visitation was from 6-7 p.m. April 10 at Jerry Woods Funeral Home Chapel in Nocona.

Funeral service was at 10 a.m. April 11 at Jerry Woods Funeral Home Chapel with the Revs. Charles Reed and Calvin Durham officiating. Burial followed at Nocona Cemetery.

Towery was born Sept. 5, 1929 to Thurman Preston Towery and Pearl Hamilton in Nocona. He married Ruby Swearingin on June 26, 1948 in Henrietta. He was a welder.

He is survived by his wife, Ruby Towery, Nocona; three daughters, Janice Reed, Eureka Springs, AR, Cindy Robnett, Waurika, OK and Kathy Bell, Duncan, OK; six grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
