JoAnn Chilcoat Booher
JoAnn Chilcoat Booher, age 89, passed away peacefully on 11/27/2022. She was born in Mexia, Texas on 1/22/33 to Marion and Wanda Chilcoat. She married Earl Charles Booher on 3/1/1958 and they had six children. The family moved to Henrietta, Texas in the summer of 1979 and made this their permanent home.  JoAnn was preceded in death by her parents, by her husband Earl, and two children, daughter, Sharon (Susie) Yvonne Booher and son, Erik Lance Booher. She was also preceded in death by brother, Billy (Rusty) Chilcoat, Larry Chilcoat, and sister, Merry Alice Hatcher.  She is survived by four sisters, Wanda (Tutts) Harrison, Jean Shears, Janice Uselton, and Patsy Davis. Her daughters, Deborah Booher, Charlotte Kaspari, and sons, Karl Booher, Kurt and wife, Kim Booher. Also left behind are eight grandchildren, Kara, Julia, Vance, Lauren, Peter, Lindsey, Kolten, and Kambridge as well as, five great-grandchildren Jaxson, Laikyn, Kennedy, Leevke, and Kason.  There will be a funeral service on Thursday, December 1, 2022 at 2 P.M. at Jerry Woods Funeral Home in Nocona, TX officiated by Minister Doug Gaskey. Interment will follow in Nocona Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to her home church, Grace Temple Baptist Church in Henrietta, Texas.
