Betty Gail Brasier, 78, passed from this life at her home surrounded by her loving family on August 20, 2025. 

Betty was born in Lubbock, TX on February 15, 1947 to H.H. Glass & Helen Standley Glass. 

Betty was a hard-worker, working as an aid for Prairie Valley School and later the wellness center at the hospital in Nocona. She was a member of Bethel Baptist Church. Betty’s main love in her life was her family. She married James Brasier on August 30, 1975 in Henrietta, TX. 

Together they raised 4 children, Jamie Brasier of Nocona, TX, Jodi Gomez of Nocona, TX, Andy Sappington of Nocona, TX and LeeAnna Ringstaff of Nocona, TX, 7 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren. She devoted her life to her family, constantly supporting them at every event and always being there for them when they needed her. 

A graveside service will be held on September 4, 2025 at Nocona Cemetery at 10 A.M. Memorial donations may be made to Solaris Hospice or Healing Hands Home Health.
