Tommy Lobban, 84, passed from this life peacefully at his home in Nocona on March 2, 2026. Tommy was born on July 17, 1941 in Nocona to Lewbert & Orbey Paine Lobban. 

Tommy grew up ranching all of his life in Nocona. The life and work that comes along with ranching is something he enjoyed to the fullest. Tommy was a member of Bethel Baptist Church in Nocona. He married Jan Leslie Combs on February 18, 1983 at Bethel Baptist Church in Nocona. 

Tommy is preceded in death by his parents and sister, Sharon Gordon. He is survived by his wife Jan Lobban of Nocona, TX, step-son, Clifton Jones of Randlett, OK, brother, Lew Lobban & wife Janie of Henrietta, TX, grandchildren, Hunter & Lexi Jones, great-grandchildren, Jaxon Jones, C.C. Clements, nephews, Chris Lobban & wife Stacey of Waxahachie, TX, Charli Brooke Lobban of Waxahachie, TX, Lance Rainbolt & wife Aimee of Gooley, TX, and niece, Gina Henry & husband Scott of Plano, TX and Katie & Luke Henry of Plano, TX. 

There will be a visitation on Wednesday, March 4, 2026 from 6 – 7 P.M. at Jerry Woods Funeral Home Chapel in Nocona. A graveside service will follow on Thursday, March 5, 2026 at 11 A.M. at Nocona Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to a charity of choice
